Together with a customer we performed some very picky penetration tests and fixed all of the findings. Furthermore, following up on community requests we published two new Botium connectors - Salesforce Einstein and Oracle Digital Assistant are now supported by Botium Core and Botium! 2020–06-24: Botium v2.6 ready With Botium 2.6 we are introducing a totally new product “Botium Coach” for advanced NLU analytics. Around this new product we made a deeper integration with the chatbot engine providers to download and import training and test data based on their conversation model into Botium - and update the conversation model from the augmented data in Botium. We have 70+ predefined test sets in Botium and added options for translation, humanification, paraphrasing and test set splitting - tools needed by everyone working on chatbots. 2020–05-10: Botium v2.5 ready With Botium 2.5, we invested quite some effort to make Botium attractive for non-technical users: We now have a visual test case designer, and several dashboards available for convenience throughout the whole application. We integrated Botium with Perfectolabs cloud device farm. And Botium Coach is now included by default. 2020–02-22: Botium v2.3 ready With Botium 2.3, we integrated with Quillbot to provide a semi-automated test/training data augmentation tool, and we are the first in the market to provide this. 2020–01-22: Botium v2.2 ready With Botium 2.2, we put the focus on supporting multimedia and dynamic content as well as interactive forms within the Live Chat. Most chatbots out there are not fully text based but also have buttons to click, text fields to fill out and sounds to play, and Botium attributes to this by supporting this kind of content now natively. 2019–12–06: Botium v2.1 published Now that Botium 2.0 was ready, we had the time to implement plenty of features you, the appreciated Botium community, asked for. 2019–11–12: Botium v2.0 available now We finally published Botium 2.0 - it is really exciting to have now finished all stories we considered as relevant for providing robust chatbot test automation a year ago. 2019–10–03: Botium v1.8 out now Botium 1.8 is the last release before we will switch to Botium 2.0 end of october. 2019–10–03: Botium v1.8 out now We haven’t been lazy during the summer weeks - Botium is becoming more and more popular, it is featured on conferences and meetups worldwide, and we are getting lots of great feedback and input from our community! 2019–07–28: Botium v1.7.4 out now Our monthly Botium release comes with additional importing and exporting functions, the long-wanted configurable retry behaviour to reduce flaky test results and amended configurability of our Alexa Voice Service connector. There are additional asserters (HTTP Response Regexp asserter, card gallery asserter) and a valuable community contribution for dealing with Audio capabilities for testing Alexa skills. For enterprise users, we integrated Botium Box with Kibana , the best log analytics dashboard available, to deeply dive into your Botium test results. For developers, the Botium CLI now generated boilerplate projects for your own asserters and logic hooks. 2019–06–22: Botium v1.7 out now Our integration with ZAP now allows continuous security testing of your chatbot endpoints. Together with the Performance and Stress Testing module from last release Botium now supports the most important test types. We have a new connector for Botkit users, and worked hard on Botiums Alexa support. And last but not least, you can now automatically generate test cases out of the interaction model of your chatbot (works for Watson, Dialogflow, Alexa). 2019–05–23: Botium v1.6 out now We worked on several productivity and navigation enhancements in the Botium and supporting additional file formats (CSV, …). We built a new connector for Rasa and provide advanced diagnostics by showing the message source code in the Live Chat and the Test Case transcripts. And finally, we are proud to introduce a new Botium chapter with Performance and Stress Testing ! 2019–04–29: Botium v1.5 out now We worked on test data management, improved avoidance of flaky test results, integrated a new device cloud (Experitest), and extended diagnostics options.
