2020–09-13: Botium Box v2.7 is out
With Botium Box 2.7 we focused on hardening Botium Box and reduce security risks. Together with a customer we performed some very picky penetration tests and fixed all of the findings. Furthermore, following up on community requests we published two new Botium connectors - Salesforce Einstein and Oracle Digital Assistant are now supported by Botium Core and Botium Box!
2020–06-24: Botium Box v2.6 ready
With Botium Box 2.6 we are introducing a totally new product “Botium Coach” for advanced NLU analytics. Around this new product we made a deeper integration with the chatbot engine providers to download and import training and test data based on their conversation model into Botium Box - and update the conversation model from the augmented data in Botium Box. We have 70+ predefined test sets in Botium Box and added options for translation, humanification, paraphrasing and test set splitting - tools needed by everyone working on chatbots.
2020–05-10: Botium Box v2.5 ready
With Botium Box 2.5, we invested quite some effort to make Botium Box attractive for non-technical users: We now have a visual test case designer, and several dashboards available for convenience throughout the whole application. We integrated Botium Box with Perfectolabs cloud device farm. And Botium Coach is now included by default.
2020–02-22: Botium Box v2.3 ready
With Botium Box 2.3, we integrated with Quillbot to provide a semi-automated test/training data augmentation tool, and we are the first in the market to provide this.
2020–01-22: Botium Box v2.2 ready
With Botium Box 2.2, we put the focus on supporting multimedia and dynamic content as well as interactive forms within the Live Chat. Most chatbots out there are not fully text based but also have buttons to click, text fields to fill out and sounds to play, and Botium Box attributes to this by supporting this kind of content now natively.
2019–11–12: Botium Box v2.0 available now
We finally published Botium Box 2.0 - it is really exciting to have now finished all stories we considered as relevant for providing robust chatbot test automation a year ago.
2019–10–03: Botium Box v1.8 out now
We haven’t been lazy during the summer weeks - Botium is becoming more and more popular, it is featured on conferences and meetups worldwide, and we are getting lots of great feedback and input from our community!
