How to Use the Conversation Model Downloader

Automatically download the conversation model of an NLP provider and convert it to BotiumScript test cases.

Tip: Not all providers offer download support for conversation models. See NLP Analytics Support for an overview of which Botium connectors are supported by the Conversation Model Downloader.
Note: To download the conversation model, you must have a chatbot connection configured in Chatbot Connections. If you haven't set one up yet, please Create a new Bot Connection now.

Steps:

  1. Navigate Using the Left Pane: On the left navigation pane, head to Botium Tools & Settings > Test Data Wizard > Conversation Model Downloader.
  2. Search for Chatbot Connection: Scroll through the list of chatbots, or use the provided filter to find and select the chatbot connection you wish to download the conversation model from.
  3. General Action Selections: Enter a name for your new test set or select an existing test set from the dropdown menu to add to it.
    Note: If you choose to add to an existing test set you must then decide how you would like to merge the data into your existing Test Set.

  4. More Options: Depending on your chatbot provider, additional options may be available. For example, IBM Watson Assistant offers the following extra options.
  5. Download: When you're happy with your download configuration, click the DOWNLOAD button to begin your download.
