In Botium, a test set is a collection of test cases. Continue reading to learn how to create a new test set.

Tip: If you have already created a Test Set and you would like to add test cases to it, see Create a New Test Case
  1. Navigate Using the Left Pane: On the left navigation pane, head to Botium Tools & Settings > Test Sets
  2. Create New: Select Create a new Test Set at the top of the page.

  3. New Empty Test Set: Enter a meaningful name for your test set in the field provided on the right of the page, and then click the + button to register your new test set.

Tip: After your test set is registered, you will be redirected to the configurations OVERVIEW tab.
What next? Next, we need to Add Test Cases to our newly created test set so we can start creating projects for our tests.
Note: If you are creating test cases for a voice application you will need to first:
  1. Specify Resource Folder: Specify the folder in Botium where it will look up and place all audio files for the Test Set. See Media Resources for help with creating a folder.
  2. Prepare Audio Samples: Prepare or record the audio samples you will use for testing. Follow the steps here to prepare audio samples using one of the three options provided.
