Import Bot Connection

Import your bot configuration from a previously exported file.

  1. Navigate Using the Left Pane: On the left navigation pane, head to Botium Tools & Settings > Chatbot Connections
  2. Create new Chatbot: Open the 'Create new Chatbot' drawer at the top of the screen.
  3. Drop File or Browse: Click the Drop file here or browse panel to browse your computer for the file you wish to upload, or simply drag & drop the file onto the panel.
    Note: After a few moments the page will refresh and you will have access to your bot connections' configurations.

  4. Save: Scroll down the page and click the SAVE button to complete the registration of your Bot.
    Tip: As an optional step you can choose to start a LIVE CHAT or test the connectivity of the bot using the SAY HELLO (CHECK CONNECTIVITY) option. Both of these can be used to confirm successful connection to your bot!
