Project Overview
Project Overview: The project's Overview section shows which chatbot is
being tested, the test set that was involved, and all recent test results. You can
see a summary of all the executed test cases - for our first test set, we only had
one single test case.
Note: You can also see
the history of all previous test sessions for this test project in the Test
Case History section.
Test Results
Open any session from the 'Recent Test Results' in the project view to reveal the test results. The Overview section for each session shows a summary of the test results, the chatbot under test, and the involved test set. Underneath the summary you can see all the executed test cases - for our example test set, we only had six test cases which all passed successfully.
Test Cases
From the TEST CASES tab you can drill-down further into the conversations for each test case to view more detail. Click on any test case to open the conversation transcript.
