E2E Session Results

All session results are stored within E2E projects, with each project containing results for its respective tests.

Recent Projects Summary

Once created, all recent E2E projects are available to view in the Test Suite under E2E. Here you will see a high level view of your latest test results for each project.



Project Overview

When you open a project, the Overview section displays the Chatbot being tested, the Test Set used, and all Recent Test Results.



Test Results

Open any session in the project view to reveal the test results. The Overview section for each session shows a high-level summary of the test, with all the executed test cases shown underneath. For our example test set, we only had six test cases which all passed successfully.



Note: You can also see the history of all previous test sessions for this test project in the Test Case History section.

Test Cases

From the TEST CASES tab you can drill-down further into the conversations for each test case to view more detail. Click on any test case to open the conversation transcript.
