This article will provide the steps needed to setup a provider instance for gathering advanced NLP analytics. These will be used to run your tests with Cyara Botium. Steps are given for the following providers - IBM Watson Assistant, Microsoft LUIS, Amazon Lex, and Google Dialogflow ES.
Tip: The user interface has been updated since these video
tutorials were created. Please follow steps 1 and 2 to reach the Provider
Instances section.
